Please use the tips below to help in your search for the kind of provider or practitioner you need.
The Provider search steps can be skipped using the “Skip this step” text.
Select “Click for Full Provider Search” to see a full listing of the Provider Directory.
If a zip code was entered in the search steps you can expand your search distance to more than 50 miles. Click the green “50 miles” to edit the search location and increase the miles.
If you do not speak English, providers in North Carolina are required to provide free interpreter services in your language when working with you. Some providers may have clinicians who speak another language, like Spanish. The Trillium Provider Directory lists the languages that providers have identified that one or more of their staff members speak.
You can search for more than one filter, like “Health Plan” and “Specialties” under the Specialties list. If you clicked something by mistake, click the item again to unselect it. Hit the green “Apply” button to search the filters.
If you want to start a new search with new options, hit the “Start New Search ” button.
The “Clear Filters" button will allow you to start a new search with filter options shown on the search results screen.
You may need to scroll down after completing your search to see what providers are displayed.
